1. Nature of Services:
Instant SMM Panels provides services that involve delivering social media engagements such as followers, likes, views, and other related metrics. The success and stability of these engagements can be influenced by various factors, including platform algorithms and user behavior, which are beyond our direct control.
2. Refund Eligibility:
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Service Failure: If we are unable to deliver the services you ordered within the specified timeframe due to an error on our part, you are eligible for a full refund. This excludes delays caused by server issues that may take time to resolve.
Significant Underdelivery: If there is a significant and verifiable discrepancy between the quantity of services ordered and the quantity delivered, we may issue a partial refund or credit for the undelivered amount.
Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it has been processed by us, you will receive a refund for that order.
3. Refund Ineligibility:
Refunds are NOT provided under the following circumstances:
Drops in Engagements: We do our best to provide stable service, but we have no control over platforms updates and algorithms and we can't be held responsible for drops in the delivered engagements.
Changes in Platform Algorithms: Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms, which may affect the stability or visibility of your engagements. We are not responsible for changes in engagement caused by these updates.
User Error: If you provided incorrect information (e.g., incorrect username or URL) or selected the wrong service, a refund will not be issued.
Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the service after it has been partially or fully delivered, a refund will not be issued.
Account Suspension: We are not responsible for any account suspensions or penalties that may occur on your social media accounts. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances due to account suspension, regardless of the cause or timing, including those that occur after service completion. We are not responsible for platform actions and do not control social media platform policies.
Account Suspension due to user error: If your account is suspended due to bad posting practices, the use of prohibited content, or any other actions that go against a social media platform's Terms of Service, we do not cover this issue.
Orders completed outside the timeframe: If your order is delayed for any reason and delivered after the time estimate given, we will not issue a refund based on the speed of delivery.
Orders completed with correct quantity: If the order has been completed correctly and the quantity of engagement is delivered as requested, a refund will not be issued.
4. Refund Process:
To request a refund, you must:

Support Ticket: Submit a support ticket through our panel's ticketing system. (Go to the 'Support' section in your account dashboard and create a new ticket.)
Email: Send an email to our support team at support@instantsmmpanels.com. Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
Please Note: Contacting through the Support Ticket system is generally the quickest way for us to help you.
Provide Evidence: If applicable, provide screenshots or any relevant documentation to support your refund request.
Allow Review Time: Our support team will review your request within 7 business days. We may request additional information to process your request.
Refund Method: If your refund is approved, it will be issued as a credit to your Instant SMM Panel account balance. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
5. Alternative Solutions:
In some cases, rather than a refund, we may offer alternative solutions, such as:
Partial Delivery: If possible, we may make an attempt to complete your order.
Service Credit: We may offer you credit to be used on future orders.
Service Replacement: We may try to provide you with a similar service.
6. Modification of Refund Policy:
